My calendar says I get to paint today. I'm working on several paintings at once just the way I like it. Left to right, 16x20 Longhorn painting was purchased by Jay at Sue Patricks. He purchased it for the store so you might see it when your in the store, it is a great painting if I may say so myself. This particular longhorn lived in a pasture near Leander, Texas. He is not their anymore, I miss him he is a beautiful longhorn full of inspiration for me each time I watched him. Next what you see is my photos of Texas Hill Country Olive Co building and one of the watercolors I have done - We are in search of the perfect image for their wine label, I have now painted it 7 times. My problem when I start a project like this is I like each one I do better than the last and since I love to paint I just keep going. I only get paid for the final painting they choose so I would say it is a win win situation when you hire me to paint something for you! If you have not visited the home location of Texas Hill Country Olive Company in Dripping Springs I highly recommend it, besides they have a few of my paintings in their art gallery.
I have many irons in the fire, each one a painting and I love it.

Wonderful portrait of a longhorn. I am glad you mentioned what he was; this city gal first thought cow. There's always more to learn.
